Chai Cart Experience
Our beautifully styled cart is customized to match your event’s theme. Every package includes a 3-hour service window, along with cups, sugar, stirrers, a selection of biscuits, and your choice of beverage. Need us longer? Additional hours are available at $50/hour.

Venues more than 15 miles from Round Rock, Texas will be levied additional mileage charges,
Contract Agreement
Upon acceptance of the quote and receipt of the deposit, this form will serve as a binding agreement between the client (as named below) and Masala Chai Cart.
Booking Confirmation
Event dates are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100.Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.Quote Validity
All quotes are valid for 3 calendar days and are subject to change based on availability and pricing.Damage Liability
In the event of any damage to Masala Chai Cart property caused by the client or their guests, the client agrees to reimburse the full cost of repair or replacement.Event Access
The client is responsible for ensuring Masala Chai Cart has access to a designated parking spot and event venue at least 1.5 hours before the event for setup.Service Fee
A 10% service fee will be applied to all orders of 100 servings or more.Payment Methods
We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Additional Notes:
In the event a chai or food warmer is extinguished due to weather conditions, it is the client’s responsibility to safely reignite the warmer to maintain optimal product temperature.
Our food is prepared in an open kitchen environment that uses common allergens such as eggs, milk, and nuts. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible.
We strongly recommend that all setups be arranged indoors. While we do accommodate outdoor events, Masala Chai Cart is not liable for disruptions or product quality affected by weather conditions.
